All fees quoted below are inclusive of the entire referral and assessment process (from referral to completion of a formal report).
- Cognitive assessment only (intellectual strengths and weaknesses) – $1500.00
- Psychoeducational assessment (cognitive and academic achievement assessments), diagnostic assessment for Specific Learning Disorder – $2000.00
- Psychoeducational and behavioural assessment (cognitive and academic achievement assessments, plus completion of parent and teacher questionnaires as required), diagnostic assessment for Specific Learning Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, and/or Intellectual Developmental Disorder – $2500.00
- Psychoeducational and behavioural assessment (cognitive and academic achievement assessments, plus observations and completion of parent and teacher questionnaires as required), diagnostic assessment for Specific Learning Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Intellectual Developmental Disorder, and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder – $2750.00
Payment
- This is a private full fee-paying service. There are no Medicare rebates available for psychological assessment services – with the exception of assessments for a suspected complex neurodevelopmental disorder (e.g. Autism Spectrum Disorder), referred by an eligible medical practitioner (e.g. Paediatrician).
- I am currently able to receive payment in cash or via direct deposit transfer only.
- Payment may be made in one lump sum or in instalments.
- Discounts are available for holders of a current Health Care Card.
- Full payment must be made prior to the completion and release of the formal report.
