- Referrals and enquiries may be sent to me at admin@kyliewickhampsych.com.au.
- Once a referral form has been completed the child will be placed on my waitlist.
- I will make contact with parent(s)/carer(s) to organise the time and place for assessment sessions.
- I will meet with parent(s)/carer(s) to obtain their input, and with the child’s teachers where relevant.
- Assessment sessions with the child usually take place over one to two days, with each assessment session lasting for 60-90 minutes.
- In some cases, observation sessions will also be conducted.
- Assessment results are analysed and interpreted, and a comprehensive formal report will be produced (including recommended interventions, and documentation of diagnoses if relevant).
- Parent(s)/carer(s) will receive an electronic copy of the formal report (and hard copies if desired).
- I will meet with parent(s)/carer(s) to provide feedback regarding the results of the assessment.
